This Privacy Policy explains how Slot (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use Slot.fun (the “Service”). Public blockchains are public by design — on-chain activity is not private.

1. Information we process

• Wallet addresses you connect and related on-chain signatures or payments
• Usage data such as pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate region, and diagnostic logs
• Content you submit for launches (token name, ticker, description, images)
• Cookies / local storage used for session, preferences, and feature gates

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Operate spins, launches, fee verification, and match buys
• Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and debug failures
• Improve product UX and communicate operational updates
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

3. On-chain publicity

Transactions you authorize are broadcast to Solana (and related explorers). Anyone can associate your wallet with those transactions. Slot cannot delete public blockchain records.

4. Sharing

We may share limited data with infrastructure providers (hosting, RPC, analytics, security) under contracts that restrict misuse. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the Service. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

Operational logs and launch metadata may be retained for security, accounting, and dispute resolution. Wallet activity events may be stored for a limited period. You can disconnect your wallet at any time; that does not erase on-chain history.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical measures, but no system is perfectly secure. Protect your devices and never share seed phrases.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. International users

The Service may be operated from multiple regions. By using it you understand your information may be processed outside your home country.

9. Your choices

You may clear browser storage, disconnect your wallet, or contact us to ask about off-chain data we control. Some features require cookies or local storage to function.
